You will notice this meal plan has you eating about every 2 hours but these are small meals which again aid in fat burning. These small meals are packed nutrient dense foods to keep you satisfied throughout the day. Eating small meals every 2 – 3 hours also keeps you from snacking on cookies, chips or other unhealthy treats throughout the day.
